Please read below for details. 1) You need AT LEAST a dual core PC with AT LEAST 1 gig of RAM. The same goes for laptops! (Yes this does work with Macs now. BUT you'll need a program called eyeTV 3.1 to capture the video as the archsoft capture software is not compatible with Mac 2) You need AT LEAST a 256 meg Video Card. I recommend a 512 or higher. I run a 1 gig video card, and I still experience some lag when editing... 3) You NEED HD video editing software that will recognize the M2TS files produced by the Hauppauge. (I use Sony Vegas Pro 9.0c, but Pinnacle Studio and Corel Video Studio work as well.)
